How to cancel your monthly subscription

Reminder: It is possible to cancel your monthly subscription anytime BUT it is not possibile to cancel 7 days before the auto-renewal date.

How to cancel your monthly subscription

STEP 1. Go to the school website and click on the "Login" button (top right corner of the screen):

STEP 2. Log in to the Student's Portal with your Meridian username and your Meridian password:

STEP 3. Click on the Student name (top right corner of the screen) and click on "Subscription":

STEP 4. Under ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION, click on "Cancel Subscription":

STEP 5. If you are sure that you want to cancel your subscription, click on "Yes, I want to cancel":
